Delivery & Returns


We currently only deliver within New Zealand with all orders dispatched within 1-2 working days.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order please contact us via email within 48hrs of receiving your delivery to request a return.

Please include your order number, full name and the reason for return. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days using a tracked shipping method. All return costs are that of the customer. Once your item has arrived back to us it will be assessed and once accepted your exchange, store credit or refund will be processed within 48hrs.

To be eligible for return all products must be unworn in new condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return should the garments be worn or marked. 

We offers free delivery (where applicable) with the understanding the customer will keep the goods purchased. If you choose to return your order please note Alivate Activewear will retain shipping costs incurred.

Faulty of damaged goods

Please note all items are thoroughly checked before dispatch but in the unfortunate event a fault is found or your order is damaged in transit please contact us via email with 48hrs of arrival. A full refund including shipping charges will be provided. Please note we do not offer refunds for general wear and tear.

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you used during checkout and my take up to 7 business days to clear.
